- VCRO- Voice for child Right, Orissa, a state level alliance stand for promotion and protection of child right in the state, otherwise corresponding to the sense the child right of the children as a whole of the country. The slogan, VCRO contemplates for right to education and equity. This is the vision cherished by VCRO. The gist is that by large, all the children must have access to education on equal footing. This otherwise envisages certainly there are section of privileged children who enjoy opportunity to have education and deprived of such opportunity and they are the majority.
